Failed jobs
If a generation or edit fails, or a provider refuses it, its credits go straight back to your balance. You don't need to ask. Your History page shows every refund.
Unused credits: 14 days
- You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, for the credits from that pack you haven’t used.
- We refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- Free credits (the welcome credits and any promotional credits) can’t be refunded.
Your right of withdrawal
Credits are digital content you can use straight away. When you buy a pack, you ask us to make the credits available immediately and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for the credits you use. The 14-day refund above still applies to the credits you haven't used.
Results you don't like
AI results vary, so we can't refund a job that ran successfully because you didn't like the result. If something went clearly wrong (an empty file, a broken video, a wrong length), tell us and we'll put it right.
How to ask
Email hello@typeshoot.com from your account's email address with the purchase date. We reply within 2 business days.
Abuse
Credits used for content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy aren't refunded, and refunds may be refused for accounts closed for abuse.
